We act as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, and other service providers.

We do not own, operate, or control any cruise line, vessel, hotel, airline, or other travel service. All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create a member account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking through VacationDreams:

• You confirm that all traveler information provided is accurate and complete
• You agree to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the relevant cruise line or supplier
• You acknowledge that prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed
• You understand that cruise fares may include non-commissionable fees such as port charges and taxes
• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation with a reservation number

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on VacationDreams are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation.

• Full deposit is required at time of booking for most reservations
• Final payment deadlines vary by cruise line and sailing date
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line, sailing date, and fare type. In general:

• Cancellations made well in advance may receive a full or partial refund depending on the supplier's policy
• Cancellations within final payment periods are typically subject to penalties
• Non-refundable deposits and fares will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Refunds are processed in the same method as original payment
• Processing times for refunds may take 7-14 business days

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations.

7. Travel Insurance

VacationDreams strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, and evacuation coverage. We are not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages incurred due to trip cancellation, delay, interruption, or medical emergencies. Travel insurance options may be offered during the booking process.

8. Limitation of Liability

VacationDreams acts as an agent for cruise lines and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any such suppliers, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or expense arising from any cruise, hotel stay, flight, or other travel service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on VacationDreams, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nascarpenter LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VacationDreams to:

• Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
• Harvest or collect personal information of other users
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
